Welcome to my very first live cooking show, TRIAL AND ERIC! I’m Eric Himan and after years of performing around the country as a singer/songwriter, I bought my first house and set out to learn how to finally cook. I was THE pickiest eater growing up. I took cooking classes to get over my fear of trying new foods and began experimenting with making my own dishes at home in between touring. Now, I am bringing my brand of recipes (taking the ordinary and adding a kick!) to you with this live cooking show.
